We specialize in gentle, low-pressure, 100% biodegradable cleaning and bulk exterior sanitizing for your commercial and residential needs. before a Cleaning
- Initial Pre-Treatment Inspection of Home from Your Inquiry.
- Electronic Estimate Emailed or Onsite Estimate Scheduled.
- Schedule Date & Time Frame of Cleaning of Your Choosing.
- Email with Instructions on What To-Do Before Cleaning.
- Day of Cleaning do a 2nd Inspection of Home and Take Pre-Cleaning Photos.
- Property Protection.
- Check if any items around the property need to be covered or protected prior to cleaning.
- Ladders w/Stabilizer Set-Up.
- Plant Protection.
- Even though we use 100% biodegradable solutions and wet plants during the entire process, we still take the extra step in ultimate plant protection by covering nearby landscaping/delicate plants with breathable Tyvek and capture excess solution runoff from downspouts during cleaning to disperse in permeable soil to biodegrade properly.
During and after a cleaning
- Remove Large Debris if Needed/Possible with Extension Broom
- If there are large moss blooms we will try and lightly detach these blooms with an extension brush.
- Treat with Soft Washing mixture.
- Depending on the type of roof, house or fence – there are different treatment application methods for each. These will be explained in your initial estimate email.
- Plant Wash to Neutralize any Overspray.
- Adds vital nutrients to the plant to help feed and fortify.
- Clean-Up Work Environment.
- Post-Treatment Inspection and Post Cleaning Photos Taken.
- Email with Instructions on What To-Do After Cleaning and Before/After Photos.
- Email Receipt for Your Records.
